100V 120A 18650 Battery Pack Comprehensive Discharge Charge Internal Resistance Test for Finished Lithium Battery
1. Product usage
- In the lithium battery pack production line, the assembled
lithium battery pack with protection plate is connected to the
battery tester through the test line, and the tester can test the
open circuit voltage, AC internal resistance and other performance
indicators of the battery pack.
- In the final inspection of the lithium battery assembly plant,
the integrated battery tester is used to conduct short-circuit
protection test, overcharge and overdischarge test on the finished
lithium battery packs to ensure that the safety and performance of
the battery packs are in line with the standards.
2. Test Item
1) Discharge over current test test the battery high current discharge protection function , the battery high current discharge starting battery protection board discharge over current protection function
2) Short circuit protection Test battery positive and minus battery cut protection time ( subtle level )
3) Charging test Test the battery continuous charging function , and test whether the battery charging performance is good
